Common questions
What devices are supported?
Teleport Spaces requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. A physical device is required for capturing — ARKit and the camera hardware are used to create 360° panoramas. Viewing spaces works on any modern browser.
How long does a capture take?
A typical capture takes about 60 seconds. The guided workflow uses a 34-position stop-and-snap process — just follow the on-screen targets and the app handles the rest, including GPU-accelerated stitching.
Do visitors need the app to view my spaces?
No. Anyone can view your published spaces through the web viewer — no app download required. The app is only needed for creating and managing spaces.
What are commerce tags?
Commerce tags are interactive hotspots you place inside your 360° panoramas. There are four types: links to external URLs, rich info pages with text and images, embedded YouTube videos, and AI-powered chatbot experiences.
Is Teleport Spaces free?
Yes — capturing, publishing, and sharing your spaces is completely free. There are no subscription fees or per-space charges. Just download the app and start creating.
