License immersive content

1. Grant of License

Upon successful purchase and payment, Teleport.eco grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the licensed content (“Content”) in accordance with the specific license tier you have purchased. The license is perpetual unless terminated due to a breach of these terms.

2. Ownership

All Content remains the intellectual property of the original creator or Teleport.eco. Your purchase grants usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights in the Content. The creator retains the right to license the same Content to other parties unless exclusive rights have been specifically granted under an Enterprise license.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Content in accordance with the permitted uses listed for your license tier above. Content may be modified, cropped, or adapted for your project. You may use the Content in multiple projects within the scope of your license tier.

4. Prohibited Use

Regardless of license tier, you may NOT:

• •Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content as a standalone file or asset
• •Upload the Content to competing stock content platforms
• •Use the Content in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
• •Falsely claim authorship or ownership of the Content
• •Use the Content to train AI or machine learning models without an Enterprise license
• •Remove or alter any metadata, watermarks, or attribution embedded in the Content

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Content, all sales are final once the Content has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased Content, please contact us at support@teleport.eco within 14 days of purchase.

6. Termination

Teleport.eco may terminate your license if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Content and destroy any copies in your possession. Teleport.eco reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use.

7. Warranties and Liability

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Teleport.eco does not warrant that the Content is free from defects or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teleport.eco shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the licensed Content.

8. Creator Royalties

Teleport.eco operates a tiered royalty system to fairly compensate content creators. Creators earn between 70% and 80% of each sale, with the rate increasing as their lifetime earnings grow. The platform retains the remaining portion as a service fee to cover hosting, delivery, and platform maintenance.
